The Responsible AI Institute (“RAI Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at responsible.ai and its associated subdomains (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

5. RAISE Pathways and Certification

Participation in the RAISE Pathways certification program is subject to the specific terms and conditions provided upon enrollment. Certification credentials and verification badges are granted at the sole discretion of the RAI Institute and may be revoked if an organization no longer meets the applicable standards. Use of RAI Institute certification marks, badges, and logos is subject to our brand usage guidelines.

The RAI Institute provides various resources, tools, guides, and other materials through the Site. These resources are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
