Bias in Hiring.” Her comments highlighted the importance of businesses taking a focused approach toward responsible AI development and the need for independent assessments.

Ashley speaks from her experience leading RAI Institute, advising the OECD, World Economic Forum, and other leading AI initiatives, and leading the development of Canada’s Directive on Automated Decision-Making Systems, a pioneering policy instrument that set the standard for acceptable government use of AI systems.
