Support organizational members through certification process, providing guidance and technical assistance.
About This Role
The Member Success Manager is essential to our mission of building a thriving community of responsible AI practitioners. You will work directly with member organizations to ensure they derive maximum value from their RAI Institute membership.
From onboarding new members to developing success metrics and identifying growth opportunities, you will be the trusted advisor that helps organizations advance their responsible AI journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for member organizations
- Guide members through RAISE certification process
- Conduct onboarding sessions and training
- Track member progress and provide regular updates
- Identify opportunities to improve member experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Excellent interpersonal skills
